A four-ingredient, very creamy, fluffy, whipped Nutella dip with a tart boost from champagne. This dessert dip goes well with fruit, pretzels, and other snacks! Check out all of my other champagne-inspired dishes that are ideal for New Year’s Eve.

Will this dip get people drunk?
This dip will not get you tipsy, even if you eat it all in one sitting (which I do not advocate unless you want to roll yourself down the hall to bed). And chances are you won’t even notice it has champagne in it.

How to make Nutella champagne dip
- Nutella and cream cheese should be well blended and smooth in a stand mixer equipped with the whisk attachment.
- Add champagne and beat to combine.
- Fold in the Cool Whip with a spatula until no steaks remain.
- If desired, garnish with sprinkles. Serve with fruit, graham crackers, pretzels, and other snacks. Enjoy!
What to serve with Nutella champagne dip
If you want to serve this dip with fruit, strawberries, apples, and oranges are ideal. Sweet and crispy graham crackers, chocolate graham crackers, or Nilla wafers are more options.
Pretzels, on the other hand, are my particular favorite. We all know how much I adore sweet and salty together, but there’s something special about this dip with pretzels in particular.
I also suggest sprinkling some gold sprinkles on top before serving. It simply adds a lovely little festive garnish, and I think the official color of New Year’s Eve is gold.
What is the texture like?
The champagne gives it a fluffier texture and blends with the cream cheese for a lovely acidic kick. The texture is rich, creamy, and addicting. Sorrynotsorry.
I propose serving half of what you prepared and keeping the other half in the fridge since your visitors will believe there’s only half as much and will pace themselves, plus you’ll have another half in the fridge just for you!

Storage
So remember my advise to conceal half the dip in the fridge, or maybe simply double the quantity and keep half in the fridge.
