Ice Cream with Oreos

Delicious, light vanilla ice cream with crushed Oreo bits created with coconut milk! Try traditional chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream next time.

I can’t stop eating ice cream whether it’s summer or not. I just cannot.

You can’t stop me from making and eating ice cream all year! Particularly when it comes to Oreos. Ah, those Oreos. How can I express how much I adore thee? Let me to list the ways.

This is referred to as ice cream. Ice cream with Oreos or cookies and cream. It’s the same amount of yummy either way.

Indeed, there is no counting. I’m exhausted. However, simply said, I adore Oreos. I’m not a fan of all of these various tastes, with all of the strange fillings and vanilla cookies and simply no.

Put a stop to it. Please. Keep Oreos to yourself. They are ideal exactly the way they are.

This dish is quite easy. It is almost insulting how little effort is required since it seems to be a crime. How can something so delectable be so easy to prepare? I’m not sure why, but it is.

Tips for making Oreo ice cream

Don’t worry about smashing the Oreos to consistent sizes. Just throw them in a resealable plastic bag and smash them with a rolling pin, and remember that Ben & Jerry’s has built an empire on having large bits of add-ins in their ice cream.

Use your preferred milk. I use coconut milk, but you may use whatever milk or nondairy milk you choose. For what it’s worth, cashew milk is delicious!

This recipe will need the use of an ice cream machine, but I promise it will be worth it. I live and die by my Kitchen Aid ice cream machine, which resides in my freezer and is always ready to create me excellent ice cream.

I accidently made two quarts (oops) when I first made this, so I trimmed the ingredients in half to avoid an Oreo ice cream eruption in your kitchen like I did.

Worse things may undoubtedly happen.
