This no-bake white chocolate fudge with cranberries and a touch of citrus is creamy and delectable. Next, try my cranberry joy bars or puppy chow!
Thanksgiving is done, which means I’m gearing up for Christmas! My Cranberry Bliss Fudge is first on the list.
I recently cooked this and brought it into my workplace, and many individuals went out of their way to tell me they had thrown their diets out the window in order to eat it. That’s how fantastic it is.

What exactly is “cranberry bliss”?
This fudge is creamy and indulgent, with white chocolate dominating the taste profile. It’s packed with cranberries and has a tinge of citrus in every mouthful.
The smell? My goodness, the scent. That smells fantastic. I found myself opening the container it was in simply to smell the aroma.
Maybe I should try to make this aroma into a candle.

This fudge recipe is no bake
There is no baking needed here, but there is some patience required while you wait for it to set in the refrigerator. It’s the worst, I know.
But the good news is that this is quite simple to prepare and can be made in big amounts ahead of time for a holiday celebration.
Do I have to add the cranberry puree swirls on top?
The cranberry swirls are entirely optional, and I just made them because I had some leftover cranberry puree and thought it would look nice.
You could simply leave it out and it would still taste delicious.
But look how lovely she is.
