This recipe was a happy accident
I wanted to prepare something other than another blueberry pie, so I came up with this mixture. Initially, I planned to bake a blueberry cheesecake.
Unfortunately I didn’t have enough graham crackers, cream cheese, or any of the other ingredients. Except for the blueberries, which I’m obviously stockpiling for the apocalypse.
As a consequence of my sloppy planning, this blueberry cheesecake dip was created.
Why you’ll love this recipe
- This is an extremely simple recipe that doesn’t involve any baking or cooking a blueberry reduction on the stove. No baking required.
- You’ll just need a blender (affiliate link) or food processor and a hand mixer (affiliate link) to make this in approximately 10 minutes. Simple as that.
But, I would suggest preparing this ahead of time so that it can cool since it really does intensify and bolden the taste.
If you like cheesecake and blueberries, this is a great way to enjoy blueberry cheesecake without turning on the oven.
Key Ingredients
- The cream cheese

How to make blueberry cheesecake dessert dip

- 1 cup blueberries in a blender (affiliate link) or food processor, pulse a few times until liquidy (but not to pure liquid form you want it lumpy).
- Combine the blueberry puree, lemon juice, and vanilla extract on low to medium speed.
- Once mixed, fold in entire blueberries, white chocolate chips, and lemon zest.
- Enjoy with graham cracker sticks for dipping!
What to serve with this dip
Just grab some graham crackers and start dipping! I tried it with honey graham crackers and chocolate graham crackers, and to be honest, I preferred the chocolate. Something about the taste mix was a bit surprising, but delicious.
